Each and every one of you involved in this process has been so enjoyable. Please pass this along to your managers as I do not have their emails.  I submitted an inquiry online on a Friday night to three different pool companies. You all were the first to reach out to me on Monday. I spoke with Dee and she got me on the schedule for a consultation later that week. 

 

Cam and Greg were early to the first meeting. I say this because, sadly, that is not the norm these days. We then walked to my backyard and started talking about what I wanted. Cam and Greg listened to my needs and wishes. Once they heard what I was looking for they showed me with flags the approximate size/layout of the pool. I told them I was on the fence about adding a spa in and they made sure to include it in the initial planning. They never seemed annoyed or bothered that I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Cam and Greg told me they would have a quote and renderings to me within a week and were true to their word. While I was waiting for the quote, I had another company come out. When this other company came, I was turned off. I just did not have a good feeling with how I was spoken to or how they were telling me I was setting up this pool and backyard wrong. While I am all for suggestions, ultimately it is my choice. I say this because I never felt that way with Cam or Greg. They heard what I wanted and when the time was right they offered their input. “
