The 9,300-gallon pool features a 6’x8’ sun shelf complete with Ledge Lounger lounge chairs. The 7’x7’ spa features an 8’ ocean blue spill over. The long edge of the pool features a custom 20’ Aquasheer sheer descent powered by a Pentair 5hp variable speed pump pushing 240 gallon per minute.

 

The Pool and Spa are powered by a Pentair 3hp variable speed pump and heated by a 140k btu heat/cool unit. Filtration is done through a cartridge filtration system with an IC-40 salt system. The entire pool and spa system, along with LED lighting is controlled by an IntelliCenter automation system. 

The Pool is finished in French gray by StoneScapes. Pool coping is ocean blue by Stonemart. The waterline tile of the Pool and Spa is meridian electric blue by SCP. The surrounding pool deck pavers are arctic snow by Marblescape. The outdoor kitchen, featuring Lynx appliances, is covered with artificial turf, and covered with two large remote-controlled awnings for shade.

 

 

The upper deck features remote controlled screened enclosures, insulated roof, ceiling fan and television for comfortable outdoor dining.

 

The walkways around the house to the front yard are white and pewter pavers from Flagstone.
